It's festive... It's healing... It's a preparation for an amazing downpour of blessings for the Wesak Full Moon. This is an event you don't want to miss. We invite you to this beautiful gathering of great food (optional potluck), lovely community (in-person or via Zoom) and transformative meditation (yes!).

Wesak with the Atlanta & Friends Community

Wesak is the most powerful full moon in the year. It’s often one of the most awaited meditations of the year. There is a lot of beautiful energies to help us grow, help increase our connection, gain deeper understanding of our purpose, help bring healing energies to earth, anchor energies in the city we live in... When we have more stillness, awareness, understanding and intention, we can bring down those energies even more. The energies get multiplied and compounded when we meditate in a group. Let’s gather the for the Wesak Meditation to learn together, prepare together, ask questions, and have some community time.

We will join via Zoom with Master Glenn and Master Marilag. Following the Wesak Meditation, we will enjoy food and fellowship.

Let’s have some fun together and do some amazing Meditation together. Group Love. Group Oneness. Group Work.

Tips for the Day

Bring Water, essential oils, prayer shawls & mats, kriyashaktis or written goals & wishes and etc. for blessings

Wear something comfortable. You can wear white. You can also bring a meditation mat if you like meditating on the floor.

Eat lightly that day. You can also eat lightly a few days prior to the event.

Be aware of your thoughts and emotions. Calm them. Practice Meditation on Twin Hearts.
