Pilot Project

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Goal is to lose 10% more of your body weight within 6 months. (Ex. If current weight is 200 pounds, then goal is to lose at least 20 pounds within 6 months. If current weight is 70 kg, then goal is lose at least 7 kg within 6 months.)   

  2. 18 years or older

  3. Not pregnant or not considering getting pregnant for the next 6 months.

  4. Must be willing and committed to do the following within the 6-month program:

      • Complete an Initial Intake Form

      • Submit monthly surveys (first and final surveys will be more extensive while the ones between are much more condensed versions)

      • Submit weekly Body Progress Report on the following (Mondays):

        • Body weight

        • Body Measurements (waistline, hips, arms, thighs, ankles and neck)

6-MONTH PROGRAM: HEALING SCHEDULE & BENEFITS

  1. Weekly 30-minute individual healing (online if schedule allows or offline)

  2. Weekly 30-minute group healing,  Fridays 10am - 10:30am (online, recording avail )

  3. Bonus Reward Points

    • Within the 6-Month Program - For each survey and report timely submitted, you will receive one (1) 30-minute individual healing session (online or offline) for the respective month.

    • Finale of the Program - By the end of the 6-Month program, if you have met your goal weight, you will receive three (3) 30-minute individual healing sessions. You may use these sessions within three months from when the program ended.

    • One year anniversary of the Program - By the one year anniversary of the start of the program, if you maintained or improved your goal weight loss, you will receive ten (10) 30-minute individual healing sessions. You may use these sessions within six months upon anniversary date.
