Losing Weight
Pilot Project
ELIGIBILITY
Goal is to lose 10% more of your body weight within 6 months. (Ex. If current weight is 200 pounds, then goal is to lose at least 20 pounds within 6 months. If current weight is 70 kg, then goal is lose at least 7 kg within 6 months.)
18 years or older
Not pregnant or not considering getting pregnant for the next 6 months.
Must be willing and committed to do the following within the 6-month program:
Complete an Initial Intake Form
Submit monthly surveys (first and final surveys will be more extensive while the ones between are much more condensed versions)
Submit weekly Body Progress Report on the following (Mondays):
Body weight
Body Measurements (waistline, hips, arms, thighs, ankles and neck)
6-MONTH PROGRAM: HEALING SCHEDULE & BENEFITS
Weekly 30-minute individual healing (online if schedule allows or offline)
Weekly 30-minute group healing, Fridays 10am - 10:30am (online, recording avail )
Bonus Reward Points
Within the 6-Month Program - For each survey and report timely submitted, you will receive one (1) 30-minute individual healing session (online or offline) for the respective month.
Finale of the Program - By the end of the 6-Month program, if you have met your goal weight, you will receive three (3) 30-minute individual healing sessions. You may use these sessions within three months from when the program ended.
One year anniversary of the Program - By the one year anniversary of the start of the program, if you maintained or improved your goal weight loss, you will receive ten (10) 30-minute individual healing sessions. You may use these sessions within six months upon anniversary date.
