I can't seem to stop playing this video in my head and my heart. This short clip made me smile and be in awe of seeing such a sage soul... at whatever age their body may be in. What a blessing and an amazing teacher she is. Watch and listen to this young girl giving wise advise to her fighting parents. She has a beautiful observation of energy when peope are fighting or being "mean" (as she puts it). If only more people had this understanding of how negative emotions can affect each other.
In reflection of watching this video, I feel so grateful that I have the tools to help myself and others grow the heart for healing. Twin Hearts Meditation, Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga has changed my life in understanding how love really does heal. This young girl really knows what she's talking about and sad to say that adults (including myself) sometimes forget. She says with conviction, "My heart is something. And everyone else's heart is something too." Let's be inspired to keep our heart in check.
