The 10% Pilot Project

Our Goal: To lose (or gain for some participants) 10% of current body weight by the end of the 6-month program.

Submit weekly Body Progress Report on Mondays 11:59 PM ET within the 6-month program:

  • Body weight. Please make sure to have a working scale.

  • Body Measurements (waistline, hips, arms, thighs, ankles, neck etc.). Please make sure to have a measuring tape.
