MCKS Superbrain Yoga®

Superbrain Yoga® is a simple and effective technique to energize and recharge the brain. It is based on the principles of subtle energy and ear acupuncture. The technique was researched and standardized by Master Choa Kok Sui, a scientist and spiritual yogi.

Pilot studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga® on school children include children with disabilities such as ADHD/ADD, developmental and cognitive delays, down syndrome and various learning disabilities. The study showed significant increase in academic and behavioral performance, visual motor speed, eye-hand coordination, greater class participation, improved social skills and interaction, and self-control.

In one study, the result of an electroencephalograph showed increased amplitude in the parieto-occipital region of the brain following the Superbrain Yoga®. This indicates increased brain electrical activity following the exercise. More studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga® are being conducted.

Superbrain Yoga can be used by a broad spectrum of age cohorts and occupation: nurses, social workers and massage therapists. In adults, SuperBrain Yoga can enhance memory, mental clarity, stress management, problem solving, creativity and learning new skills.

Children may improve grades, behavior, confidence and coordination. Parents and therapists can assist children or adults with ADD/ADHD and Autism. Teachers and parents can prepare children and students for tests, schoolwork and homework.
